The system is divided into four phases, with sales pauses in between. With each phase the discount decreases — whoever buys early, saves. Each phase is announced via newsletter and social media. Newsletter subscribers receive early access.

Phase 0 (secret): Exclusive pre-sale for newsletter subscribers.
Phase 1 (8–22 Dec 2025): Official launch with anniversary offers.
Phase 2 (23 Dec 2025–26 Jan 2026): Early-bird with moderate discounts.
Phase 3 (date TBA): Standard prices.
Phase 4 (date TBA): Final phase before the event.

Early bookers benefit from the highest discount, while later buyers closer to the event pay the regular price. This provides planning security for everyone.

Only via the newsletter will you learn about new phases in time and receive exclusive access options — such as the Secret Sale, which runs before the official launch.

Current phases are announced on the website, on social media and in the newsletter. Valid prices are visible directly in the ticket shop.

No additional promotions are planned. For groups of 10 or more there are individual prices — please send enquiries to tickets@mustangmakeover.de.

Tickets are available exclusively through our official ticket shop: tickets.mustangmakeover.de. The ticket service provider is vivenu.

No, there is no on-site box office. However, tickets can be purchased online on the event day as long as they are available.

Day tickets (Saturday or Sunday), weekend tickets, tickets for the anniversary show on Friday, stroll tickets for the outdoor area, discounted tickets for children and youth, and special tickets with reserved seats.

Children up to and including 5 years have free entry without seat reservation. Children and youth from 6 to 17 years receive discounts. People with disabilities receive discounted tickets.

If seats are still available, you can upgrade your ticket directly at the MUSTANG MAKEOVER booth in Mustang Village.

Enter coupon codes directly during the ticket selection process and voucher codes in the cart or at the payment step. Multiple vouchers can be combined.

After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You will receive your tickets as a PDF or as a mobile ticket for your wallet and can access them at any time via your vivenu account.

No, not necessary. It is enough to show the digital ticket on your smartphone — clearly readable with a visible QR code, no screenshot.

No. Ticket purchases are binding. There is no right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) No. 9 BGB, as this is a leisure event with a fixed date.

Yes, personalisation is required. The details can be changed later if needed.
